"Merch was alright, not blown away"
I ordered a hoodie and a pint glass. The glass was totally fine, no issues there. The hoodie looks cool, but the fabric feels a bit thinner than I thought it would be, especailly for the price. Shipping was normal, nothing weird. Overall it’s not bad, just kinda wish the quality matched what I paid a little more.

"Promo code didn’t really come through"
I tried using a discount code at checkout, but it kept failing, which made me a little hesitant to go through with the order. "Pretty good beer for what it costs"
I’ve ordered from samueladams.com a couple times now, and yeah, it’s been decent. The prices don’t feel like they’re trying to get too much out of you, if that makes sense. Beer quality was good, shipping was not some wild expensive thing, and overall I didn’t really feel like I paid too much. So, good value I think

"Issue got fixed, but it took a little while"
I had an issue with my order on Samuel Adams and ended up having to reach out to support. The first response was really a bit slow, and I had to explain the problem twice, which was kind of frustrating.

They did eventually get everything fixed, and the person I dealt with was nice enough, so I appreciate that. I just really wish the whole process had been smoother from the beginning.

"This showed up a lot quicker..."
This showed up a lot quicker than I thought it would. I’ve had other orders take way longer even with tracking, so this was a nice surprise. The updates were easy to follow, and the box arrived without any weird delays or issues. Happy with the whole experience.

"Limited stuff is kinda frustrating to grab"
I like the products, but the limited releases are a pain. They sell out so fast that it feels like you have to be sitting there refreshing at the exact second. It’s exciting, I guess, but also annoying when you miss out every time.

"Beer didn’t seem very fresh"
I ordered from samueladams.com, i was a little disappointed. The beer arrived fine, no issues with the delivery, but the taste was kind of flat, and just didn’t seem very fresh, like it had been sitting around for a while. The dates were also closer than I expected, which didn’t help. I usually really like Sam Adams, so this was a bummer, but this order just wasn’t great. I’ll probably just buy it in store next time, instead.

I ordered from Samuel Adams and the checkout was smoother than I expected. The cart updated without any problems, my payment went through on the first try, and the confirmation email showed up right away. I’m always a little wary with online orders because if something goes wrong, dealing with customer service can be a headache, but thankfully I didn’t have to contact anyone. "I did the Sam Adams brewery tour..."
I did the Sam Adams brewery tour with a few friends and had a really good time. Our guide was super laid-back, the samples were great, and I actually learned a few things along the way. Based on this one visit, I’d say they really know how to make a brewery tour feel fun and easygoing. I’d definitely go again.

"Cool first impression, but a little too busy for me"
My first impression walking in was that the brewery had a really cool vibe, nice look, fun energy, and the staff seemed friendly enough. After hanging out for a bit though, it started to feel crowded and loud, so it wasn’t quite as chill as I was hoping. Definitely not a bad spot, and I’d stop by again, but probably more for a quick drink than a long hangout

"Pretty decent beer for a casual drink"
I thought this beer was okay overall. The taste is alright—not amazing, but definitely drinkable. It’s the kind of beer I’d have at a backyard BBQ, while watching a game, hanging out on the porch, ordering a quick drink at a bar, or grabbing something simple with pizza or burgers. Nothing really stood out in a huge way, but it also didn’t have any weird aftertaste or anything off-putting. Just a solid, easy beer.

"Glad I Didn’t Overpay Somewhere Else"
I figured samueladams.com would be more expensive, so I almost ordered from another beer site first. Glad I checked, because the prices were actually fair, and a few things were cheaper than what I’d seen elsewhere. Shipping didn’t feel like a rip-off either. Overall, it was a good way to grab some Sam Adams stuff without feeling like I lost money by not shopping around.

"Fresh-tasting beer I can count on"
I’ve ordered a few times now, and every batch has been solid. You can really tell they use good ingredients—it tastes fresh, clean, and not cheap or watered down. It’s become one of those beers I feel confident ordering again.

I swear, every time I go in looking for a specific beer, they almost always have it in stock. It’s kind of amazing because half the time I expect to be disappointed, but nope, there it is.

"Consistent every time, which I really like"
I’ve ordered from samueladams.com a few times now, and it’s been solid every time. The beer always tastes the same in the best way, no weird batch changes or flat cans or anything like that. Thats a big reason I keep going back. Ordering is easy too, but the consitent quality is really the main thing for me.

"Nice stop at the taproom"
I stopped by the taproom and had a good time. I only went once, so I can’t say how it is all the time, but while I was there the staff seemed friendly and kept things moving even when it got busier. Our server had some solid beer suggestions and didn’t make it feel pushy. The place had a relaxed vibe and was easy to hang out in. I’d probably come back next time I’m in the area.

"Friendly enough, but nothing really stood out"
The staff was nice and answered my questions, so in my head I kind of checked the “good service” box quickly. That said, a few parts felt a little rushed, like they were trying to move things along. Overall, it was fine, but not the kind of experience that sticks with you or makes you feel especially welcomed

"Solid beer every time"
I have tried a bunch of their beers and most of them have that fresh, easy-to-drink taste. The seasonal ones can be a little hit or miss, but even then the quality is usually good. Overall, it is a place I would happily grab a beer from again...
